Interesting concept of the pass-thru VGA. But personally I would prefer AGP 1.5V compatible V5 with standard VGA + DVI and perhaps 2x 64 MB RAM. 😁

The photos show 7ns memory - so rated only for 143 MHz. Reference GF 256 SDR has 166 MHz memory. I believe some cheaper GF256 are underclocked to 110/143, so this is probably one of them and on top of that reduced memory to 16 MB. Quite rare card I think.

There is also Powercolor EvilKing 3 Extreme, clocked at 183 MHz... so in fact a V3 3500.

I believe Voodoo 1 clock is set by the driver. So perhaps with some specific drivers there might be 45 MHz. Regarding Velocity 100 - both TMUs are active when running direct3D application... and only one when running OGL/glide. Velocity 200 was never released. The intended specification was most …

What CPU do you run on the TX board? I remember faster versions of K6 to cause troubles with Voodoo Graphics.

Do you have monitor driver installed? I recall Voodoo3 requires this... so perhaps Banshee is similar in this regard.

I agree Banshee performance is good enough for Socket 7 system. On the other hand, it runs rather hot, even more than V3 2000 for example. Banshee is 350nm GPU and V3 is 250nm.
