I was told Outlast was scary but it's just all blood, gore, and jumpscares. There's also a jumpscare in DDLC...

I'd never use 7 on anything older than Core 2 Duo... it'd crawl. I guess maybe Pentium D dual cores would be somewhat ok but...

Put XP on it.. bump up the RAM to 2GB. A Ti4200 would be a nice fit. Could also dual boot 98SE and XP
