You could enable shadow RAM as well... Might help a bit for programs that are normally accessing the ROMs directly. You will lose UMBs that way though. There should be a jumper to enable/disable turbo. Usually hooks to a switch on the case. If it is not enabled, you either have the system running at a super low speed or it has disabled the L1 and probably L2 caches. What does the jumper information next to the CPU socket say? Do you have the …
