I have a ton of 72-pin SIMMs. I gather that the EDRAM is a 72-pin SIMM with integrated SRAM instead of having the L2 cache on the motherboard. I never knew such a thing existed. The Yamaha YMF7x4 cards can also work with the DSDMA TSR if you don't have D-DMA or SB-LINK/PC-PCI but that hurts compatibility a bit.
