you guys have luck in USA, looks like in your country the retro cases were produced with materials that don´t turn yellow like a cardboard. In here all the cases were imported from china, made of cheap plastic, common designs that you always see on google photos, hence all old pcs are yellow. …

I wonder what exactly these "tariffs" hope to accomplish. We can't simply just, get the same components from Taiwan or Japan at a reasonable price now can we? The tariffs are to put pressure on countries that charge tariffs for imports for products from the USA. The plan is to get those countries …

Pretty sure almost all PCI IDE and SATA cards only support hard drives. The computer BIOS sees these PCI cards as SCSI devices, so it may be possible to get one to work with a CD-ROM but it would probably require a special driver.

Parts of some of those traces look to be completely eaten away. I would just run jumper wires and then glue down with liquid electric tape.

Never had Win ME but recently I installed it on my K6-3 build and a Pentium 3 laptop :) Haven't tried it in depth so far. I just disabled system restore. Not sure why you would install Me if you would disable the only thing that makes it worth your while.. "System Restore", even up to Windows 8.1 …

I'm lucky to be able to get 350w Seasonic PSUs for about $16 each shipped. They are listed as "used" but always seem to be new pulls as they still smell new. Guessing those of you in the USA can't get that good of a deal.
