Enabling vsync with 70Hz games on a 60Hz monitor is much worse than tearing, the game will stutter so badly it will be unplayable. Enabling vsync with dosbox will be smooth only on G-sync or CRT monitors. I'm lcd monitor peasant without G-sync. My biggest gripe is screen tearing :neutral: SDL …

Is it me or image looks like slightly squished (like when aspect ratio=false in normal dosbox builds) This is a 320x200 image scaled to 5x5 without aspect-ratio correction. Have you noticed in readme.txt that the latest "pixel-perfect" build respects the ratio setting, so you should probably set it …

Try this drivers, work fine for me. Midi (synthesizer?) and pcm audio works, not sure about cd audio (yet). Also interested about MIDI, can i use some soundfonts or even real MIDI (through SB x-fi) in win98 on VMWare 12?

Ecstatica 2 has annoying crackling sound effects in dos version. Tried with latest dosbox and ykhwong's build, also with different [sblaster] settings in dosbox.conf.. Can it be fixed?
