If your in the US newegg still sells pc-100 and pc-133. I bought 3 512 meg pc-133 sticks over the summer for them for a socket A build I did for my son.

If your power supply is truly only 100 watts then I think that might be an issue of not getting stable power delivery.

I was in high school from 01-05. Until 04 it was a k63 500 system I still have untill. My dad got me a few big tote boxes of random parts I ended up with a dual p3 500 system on a supermicro motherboard with a gig of pc 133 ram 6 9 gig 10k scsi drives in raid 5 on the on board ultra 160 controller. …

If you can pick up a 133 card cheap I can't see it hurting anything if you'll have a pci slot to spare. If your feeling even more adventurous you can go uw320 scsi

Have you checked for cracked solder joints for the ps2 ports. Maybe by unplugging and plugging it back in your temporarily reconnecting the connector. Also have you tried a different keyboard with this system as well as this keyboard with other systems to rule it out as a possibility

I have seen on some cards a jumper that will enable or disable the expansion ram if you populate it.

With the L2 cache enabled does it post and fully boot at a lower fsb. If it does then your cache chips might be too slow to run properly at the faster speed so maybe 10ns or faster would be a better option.

Did you try a absolute barebones test minimum ram and hardware to see if it'll post. How's the bios battery as well some older systems act funny when there dead or almost dead.

When moving into my new house last year I set up my desk and my main computer I go to turn it on and nothing so I checked all connections and still nothing. So I changed power supplies and still dead. It turns out the outlet was was on a switch and it was off I felt like a idiot and wasted 2 hours

Just from a quick glance the chip to the right of the Northbridge with the TM on it looks like it should be a cache memory chip.
