No other sound card does that except the emu8000 cards (AWE32/AWE64/GOLDFINCH), and Turtle beach Maui, Tropez, Pinnacle with the ICS WaveFront chipset.. Even 30 pin SIMMs are not going to go for a huge price. I suspect you'll want to sell those in four module lots to not get killed on shipping. Rare stuff like SIPPs and ZIPs or the proprietary PS/2 modules will be more lucrative.

For as low as you can go. My parents' first computer, was a 286 8mhz, EGA gfx, 640k Ram and PC speaker. The OPL3 can still be addressed through the SB/SB Pro interface even if 388 is disabled. There's nothing inherently wrong with leaving it enabled, though. At worst, you might have to balance the outputs.
