Could there be a BIOS update for your motherboard? Pentium 120 still leaves a chance there's a version somewhere that gives you support for larger disks.

Well it is simply because the turbo functionality on pentium board is changing the FSB. As the P75 already runs at 50 MHz FSB you can not switch to a lower FSB. Really depends on what kind of PC you're building, but I'd add a NIC controller and a somewhat modern CD-ROM (any generic 52x will do).

Yeah, I tried different sticks. However, I was too quick to consider this issue solved. Now my computer can freeze or reboot 5-10 minutes into the game. I've seen that in Doom and Street Rod 2. I'll recheck the jumpers tomorrow, but the benchmarks showed that DX4-100 works as it should.

Try "multi I/O'. And holy shit, 20 bucks is expensive for this. Where I live, these cards can often be found for 100-200rub (less than 5 bucks) as they are extremely common.
