You can use a boot manager to do this. I used MasterBooter do to something similar. (Windows 98 and Windows ME on separate drives on the same system. Each thinks its on drive C:)

I'm trying to install Windows Server 2003 on one of my old machines and can't activate it. I assume the activation servers have gone down. Has Windows XP activation also been pulled?

Yes, that's a 1.2 MB drive. 360 KB floppies formatted in a 1.2 MB drive will not read correctly in 360 KB drives. You're going to have to get hold of a 360 KB drive for your new PC, or temporarily install one of the 5155 drives in it.

I had this happen to me once, but the capacitor was on a PCI USB/FireWire card. The explosion destroyed the PCI Matrox graphics card next to it.

I got WOL sort-of-working with my old 440BX box, but it only worked when you physically shut down the computer by pressing the button, not when you shut down the system from Windows. So you could remotely wake up the computer, use it, and shut it down again, but you couldn't wake it up again after …
