There is Windows XP 64-bit edition which can use over 4GB. Windows XP can be set up on a FAT32 formatted partition, and in that case it can dualboot with real DOS. The card you linked to is similar, but not quite the CMI8330. I think it has a Crystal CS4237 chip instead, or CS4235 or maybe CS4232. I am curious as to what the chip left of the QC sticker does.

Also crystal, it lacks SB16 compatibility but is otherwise a more solid chipset. Vibra does not do SBPro in stereo and many examples have a buggy midi interface.

It is rebranded, does the chip look the same size, with the same amount of pins. If so you I am quite sure it is actually the CMI8330.

Well I just google that 5 digit code, click on the CPU-world entry, and if the stepping is dA0 chances are very good it is not fully locked, if it is dA1 chances are still good, but if stepping is dB0 or later I expect it to be locked. But I have not seen enough examples to be 100% sure of the above …
