I've only got retro consoles--Wii, Dreamcast, NES and Atari 2600, but I can't seem to get into any games other than trying them out once or twice. I've got most of the classics. I always go back to PC games 😀

I wonder if it would be better to leave retro systems on 24/7 with good cooling and circulation, or keep them powered off when not in use? I tend to keep them powered off because I only use them maybe an hour a day on weekdays and a few hours a day on the weekends and holidays.

There are ways to slow down a P200 very conveniently. :) You should be able to "short-stroke" a 40GB drive by just making partitions whatever max size your OS supports. Thanks for the feedback, everyone. I will probably put it in the P3 (replacing the Live! that's in there). I actually prefer the P2 to the P3 for Win98, it feels more authentic. The P3 should have ME or Win2k on it, if I ever feel like redoing it.

Just bought Albion (1996 sci fi RPG) that plays almost entirely from CD but supports all kinds of music options: Tandy 3-voice, MT-32, General MIDI, ESS, Adlib, Adlib Gold, PAS, GUS, AWE-32, DB50-XG and of course SB Pro/16. In fact, CD Audio is NOT an option. 🤣.
