The number following the dash indicates the speed in ns. -20 meaning 200ns -15 meaning 150ns. The lower the faster so 4164-15 is faster.

I might try fabricating a few ps/2 slot brackets. I have through hole ps/2 din connectors. If I mount them to a small circuit board and mount that to a metal bracket should I just have a pin header exposed to plug in your circuit board? Are you following a certain pin out?

Well they were already listed as scrap and have many bent pins but if some are worth saving that would be good to know. Many of these are MP versions too so for 4 or more sockets, don’t know if they’d even work in normal dual CPU (DP) boards.
