There must be a problem because the file is only 25kb. It should be 64KB exactly. By the way to attach it to the post, you can simply put it in a zip archive and that'll work 😀

I too think "bulging/exploding caps" are bought a little bit to extreme. ( John Haynes car books recommend changing transmission oil at least every 5 years. This dataexpert 386SX board http://www.win3x.org/uh19/motherboard/show/5400 It comes with a VLSI SCAMP chipset, but its bios is really interesting. I can tweak the memory settings and make the RAM go really fast. I can also change the divider for the turbo button between 1/1 and 1/4.

Well there's also the fsb to change like I said earlier. However I forgot something important with your board. Its speed is not set with jumpers but with a different quartz. You need to get a 33mhz quartz to get your board running at 33MHz (and then the dx2 will automatically double that to 66)

I have the hardware to do that, but not quite the right setup 😒 My CRTs are in another room and I don't want to move them out of there Most of these jailbars will disappear with CRTs though, I think they're originally lines that appear slightly on flat screens, and the scaling make it look worse.
