Considering the age of this board it's unlikely you'll find a newer version of it online. Maybe someone did back in the days but they probably had to call for the technical service or something. Well according to UH19, which has for source Microhouse Technical Library, it is rated for 20MHz. If I knew which chipset this board uses, it may actually help figuring out what this board is capable of 😀

Using mTCP for this project could be another starting point as the https support could then be ported to all the mTCP suite ^^ (And prevent you from reinventing the wheel for TCP/IP support on 8088)
