Looks like the original PSU and the fan on the bottom IS the case fan. Yes, I would recommend you rather try Windows 98 SE, with the Unofficial Service Pack 2.1a. The later Service Pack (3.x) also contains a USB stack driver. I normally just extract the USB stack separately and install after I've installed Service Pack 2.1a. Alright, well I installed 98SE with the …

If you are referring to the Unofficial Service Pack 2.1a (or any version thereafter), it is only supported under Windows 98 Second Edition and, if memory serves, the English edition. I'm running "Unofficial Windows98 FE Service Pack 2.3.0" but as far as I could tell the locking was happening …
