I have now changed diodes from ”1N4148-TAP” to ”1N4148” i guess ”tap” has something to do with it? Now it just jumps random between mv and v which I understand is normal.

Ok I thought you meant at the original Battery pins, not at the replacement battery. The schematic calls for a diode in series with a 220 ohm resistor off the Coin V+ to the original battery + pin. My guess is that the diode in backwards... Ye my thought also but it is added after the bord markings …

To make it easier to change to cr2032, it would be better to remove diode CR3? Which then there is no need for diode and resistor on the battery holder? As most that change to cr2032 don’t go back to rechargeable battery anyway.

The only thing i found on the board that are diffrent in versions seems to be the Cirrus Logic CL-GD5428 chip. Are you using the onboard graphics? Have you tried to see if it behaves differently with other graphics cards? It could be work trying to remove the soundcard from the computer and try to start the game, games can still find sound cards even if no drivers are loaded. I dont want to be that one but it is kinda funny that in the user manual it says: "My game says "program terminated normally" after i installed, or when i exit the game, is that bad? - Nope, it just means that your system was working fine when you exited to dos.

maybe try remove cmos chip, computer should work without it, at least does it on presario 433.
