I'll bet that black square on the right is a switch, yeah. If it's not, you should be able to find one easily. You'll need a DPST toggle switch for an AT power supply, an SPST momentary switch for ATX, and an SPST toggle for one of those ATX-AT adapter widgets. You should be able to get those from …
