Doom 3 runs on Windows 2000 Pro officially too. Crysis and even Crysis 2 are both Windows XP (Crysis 2 does need SP3) compatible.

The cooler you have is an OEM Intel cooler, but you can install any S370 cooler and most S462 coolers (pro tip: I have these on stock 😀 ). You should be able to find 4 pin Molex to 3 pin fan header adapter cables in most online cable shops (and probably also on Amazon).
