I see. The NetVista case has unremovable standoffs; more like raised parts of tray thann/ standoffs really, so the 3mm version for me. But wouldn't that also change the IO plate?

It's a very standard generic baby AT case from Taiwan, used by a lot of small computer builders at the time. Don't expect miracles, but the cheap cases from that time are usually still 100x better than cheap modern cases..
