Just buy a pack of female to female dupont cables and connect the pins individually. If you really want, you can use electric tape to on either end to bundle them into 2x3 connectors.

AWEUTIL is only necessary as a TSR if you are doing GM or MT-32 emulation. For AWE Synth or MPU-401 you only need to initialize the card with AWEUTIL.COM /S and it will run and terminate.
