Fine pitch 4 ICs is 128 bits too, there is "32" in the part number. The ones that has coarse pitch 4 ICs are 64bits. Any, TNT2, Geforce2 or 4 in "PCI" in interest is expensive these days. Cheers,

Only thing you can do is clean mechanisms, lubricate plastic parts and plastic gears using lithium grease and new rubber belts. Laser and spindle motor is the ultimate life time. Once they die, it's junk. Cheers,
