Thank you, @Jo22. That's interesting. In that case it might be impossible to transfer these .dsk files onto actual disks unless someone has written a program that SPECIFICALLY writes Tiki-100 .dsk files onto floppy disks?

Oh, no, I did not know that. Aboslutely no load. Just jumpered to be operational. Should I assume the PSU's are fine as all the other measurements were very good or is there some particular load I can put on the PSU that should make the measurements accurate?

I've had some luck! I'm using Philscomputerlabs boot selector, and when I select "Extended" instead of "expanded" memory windows 3.11 starts up just fine! I've tried using memmaker but it makes no difference.
