Those Armada machines are built like tanks, and have a great following among retro laptop fans, so there's a ton of information available. Also, all the Compaq drivers (including the ROMpaq/BIOS) are still available for download from HP. - Alex

Yep, unfortunately the N410c seems to have AC97 audio, based on this: https://web.archive.org/web/20090131072938/ht … /2002/12/evo410 So, you won't get DOS native audio working, unfortunately. - Alex

I wonder if it’s worthwhile to implement a PicoPSU replacement on a larger board? It’d be really nice to just be able to plug in DC power and have all the regulators on a single device. - Alex
