Next to ps/2 keyboard looks like a Busmouse port. Seems very similar to some NEC boards. Wonder if JVC did any desktops... though they were making drives, so unless the quantum in the other one is a replacement, you'd have thunk they'd have stuck their own in.

Yah gets an ATX case, yah sticks a hdmi converter and KVM ins the drive bay, yah installs an NuXT, a MISTer 486 and a VIA Epia mITX board all in the same case, with a Pi as an SMB file server if yah wants, and yah plays all youse games.

I don't keep up with this stuff, or my eyes do but my brain doesn't file it, but if there's not a set of "gold standard" ALS100 recordings of "the classics", Doom, Duke3D, Descent etc then maybe you'd like to do that sometime if it's a particularly good card.

It's for motherboards that had limited current available at the motherboard fan header, but nevertheless throw an error if a fan is not connected, or they can't sense that it is turning.
