No. The AGP speed just sets the maximum bandwidth available for the graphics card to communicate with the CPU, chipset, system RAM, etc. In most cases the GPU doesn't need this maximum bandwidth. An 800 MHz PIII running at 600 sounds like a 133 FSB part running at 100 FSB. (6x133 = 800, 6x100 = 600) If it's an i810 board and not i810E, it only supports 100 FSB. Are you sure the cpu is an 800/100 chip and not the more common 800/133?

Any reason you specifically want a 733? If you're using a slocket, 100 FSB 700, 750, and 800 Pentium III's are pretty common. If you want to stick to a proper slot 1 CPU, a 933 model will run at 700 on 100 FSB, which is a pretty good compromise.
