Thanks. Looks like it doesn't like some of the VGA checks, but it won't be easy to figure out exactly what is causing this. I built a replacement power supply for my IBM PS/2 model 70 using a mini ATX 12v PSU (like a picoPSU) (one of these - https://smile.amazon.co.uk/gp/product/B07D71R7D8) I still need to wire in the clunky switch and tidy it up but it works!
