subjectively the snare and highhat sound more crisp on yours but I enjoyed the weeds font more. weeds guitar sounds more realistic while yours sounds just like the fake Roland guitar sound I always heard. weeds sounds a lot better to me. Sounds more Natural to what real instruments sounds like.

Hes mixing MT-32 and SC-55 together, then maybe post processing on top of that. it's what sounds best to him. Post Processing alone can do a lot to change how something sounds, adding more base or treble etc or effects. To me that is all very subjective, and not at all how Id think its supposed to …
