Maybe a cabling problem, how have you got it connected? - is the splitter LFH60 to 2 x DVI-D but your screen has HDMI, DVI-I and analog DSUB. Do you have additional cables / convertors inbetween?

It physically won't fit unless I cut that tab off. There's only 1 slot for that tab to fit into the connection on the MB, and it's in the wrong spot on the Athena adapter's plug.
