Updated with first post with new info. @bristlehog I added the cards that were missing, thanks again! Some card were already on the list because while the list is generally sorted by CT-Number, i also grouped Vibra/Non-Vibra cards together to make the list less chaotic.

I’m curious, how annoying would you say using the buggiest cards here are? I don’t recall which version of the SB16 I had in 1993, but I do think it had the hanging note bug. I recall exiting games and the last note playing would get stuck requiring a reboot. That didn’t bother me much rebooting …

Just adjust the gamma setting in the Nvidia drivers for your whole desktop. The desktop is too bright then maybe but the game will look better. Just set it back to normal after you played the games.

Finally, i found the problem. Resetting the CMOS did the trick! Loading BIOS defaults doesn't help! Removing the BIOS battery and shorting the contacts doesn't help! The one i bought off eBay a year ago was a sealed NOS retail version and has a glossy finish. I was very suprised also. I remember these Mice being matte back then too. Also saw that LGR reaction and that gave me a chuckle.
