I have a computer workbench similar to this one in my garage that I can't use because my garage is a mess full of boxes. I purchased it back in 1995 and have never been able to use it. I never got around to cleaning up my garage enough to use it. Maybe some day soon.

Are you just going to play old DOS games from up to the manufacture date of your computer hardware build too ? If you want to play all old DOS games up to year 2000 then time period correct does not really matter. It's more about "Function" over hardware manufacture date.

Update: For a more professional repair, I would use a professional hot air gun re-work station with temp control and digital read out. To have better control over the hot air temps.
