I downloaded it from an IBM museum website. It’s a hard-drive image of the original install. It has all the files extracted in a directory. They are just DOS and Windows’s files and boot files. A typical hard drive image. I could use “xcopy” command but that does not work to well.

The Cirrus Logic CL GD-5430 is one of the best graphics chips available for VLB card. 2mb. would have made it better. If you can find those memory chips can you upgrade it to 2mb. ?

Some old sound cards have a built in amp like the Media Vision PAS 16. So you will need speakers that can work with these types of sound cards.

The issue is with the bios. Correct me if I am wrong but that AMD 5x86 CPU is not supported on that motherboard. I ran into this same problem. Most thrift stores in California do not re-sell electronics. They ask that you take them to an electronics recycler. And I think the electronic recyclers re-sell parts on ebay. Goodwill store re-sells computers on ebay and Green e-waste computer recyclers.
