I just realized the Intel drive that I found was not the X25-E, it was the Intel X25-M, finding the X25-E much more expensive. I really like the variety of sounds coming from these cards. Terratec has good Clarity. Sound blaster Audigy 2zs has good bass too. Turtle beach Vortex-2 has nice 3D sound. Yamaha has good treble and bass combo. Realtek has good sound. And they all have good EQ apps. A Nice variety of sounds for …

Please be careful with that back I/O area. Maybe build a cover out of plastic using a Dremel tool. And at least file down the sharp edges. The system board on my HP Kayak XU and XA's look very similar to yours. I think the computer was assembled in Mexico and components from other locations.

With all the computer recycling going on today it is hard to find old computer parts. No one is saving these old computers and parts. They are recycling. Personally, I hate working with old computers. They are so difficult to work with and many times do not make sense. But that's why I like them. …
