I have ordered "white" and received both gray and light beige units. When dealing with the chinese sellers, you never know what you're going to get. So yes, both gray and light beige do exist. I have yet to receive an actual stark white one yet.

You can also use double-sided Scotch tape. Just stick the label on the tape, then tape it onto where it needs to go. After, you can use a razor blade to trim off the excess double-sided tape from around the edges.
