Haha, I wouldn't call Windows 10 great ... but it is technically a pretty solid and robust system. ... but only took Microsoft the better part of 20 years to get it to a decent level of stability and robustness. But you would have noticed a incredible uptick in performance over the old Atom CPU.

Yeah, you do need to use the tool first and make sure it is fully configured for the target computer. Might not be what is causing your problems though, but good to try it out first.

With the google code version this method works. The xtide bios is loaded on boot. Using the exact same method with the new version r604 it does nothing. Do I need to use the configuration tool that comes with the r604 version, save the bios with the settings chosen in the program and then burn it? …
