It reminds me of them Presario and Pavilion towers. Full of marketing stickers and handy software bloatware, ready to bring HDD/CPU/RAM to its knees. Don't forget to toss in an AMR/CNR 56k modem, and while you're at it, let's abuse the MMX extensions to take care of WAN communications. 😉

Technology in budget laser printers are often shared. Last time I hooked up a Canon laser printer, and thought, "huh!, it just sounds like my HP at home."

I've found a HP LaserJet 1022, the compatible toner costs no more than 15-20eur, I checked and there are drivers up to windows 7. Could it be fine? The LJ 1022 is quite old, chances are that there is no built-in driver for that printer in Windows 8~11. Search for the "HP LaserJet USB (DOT4) …

To make things more complicated, Intel chose to name the HEDT lineup for Broadwell the 6xxx series. Oh me lord ... Marketing dep really did it again. Same goes for the other generations.

Haswell refresh was 4x90 I believe. 5xxx is Broadwell.

And what I remember from the P4P800 is that the northbridge could come loose. Asus thought that it was a good idea to fasten it with some sort of 'closed jumper style retention clip'. If one was lucky only that freaky jumper came of, and not the whole heatsink.
