Compaq Deskpro XE 450 drivers

Does anybody know what drivers are needed for the Compaq Deskpro XE 450? I cannot find anything online besides Windows 2000 drivers. Primarily, I need sound and graphics drivers for whatever chips it uses. I know the sound is from Analog Devices, but the graphics are only listed in Device Manager as …

Best IRC client for Windows 98?

My friend wants to use IRC (briefly, of course) on Windows 98. We tried using mIRC, but turns out that it isn't free, and requires registration. Can anyone here suggest a decent IRC client that will run on Windows 98? Thanks for any suggestions!

Does anyone know of a way to customize the "It is now safe to turn off your computer" screen in Windows 95? I'm wanting to make it a message box, like the …

Re: New Setup, Old Peripherals

Can confirm, I even encouraged the purchase :P We actually found a set of Roland MA-12Cs on eBay with a $10 starting bid. Seems innocent enough, right? ... Shot up to $130 within a few days. Shame, I would've bought them if they had stayed below $100. Surprisingly, I don't use any vintage …
