RAM slots look okay, i got it too boot now. It seems i should have used 2 ram sticks. But it shows 640k ok. and then freezes so its not all good yet. I will try to count the beeps later. But is it not hard to tell what they mean when we dont even know what motherboard it is?😅 I tried a pci matrox mga card, pci s3 864 and a isa tseng et4000ax. It did not change the beeps

It's 5v and 3.3v, mmx should be fine at 3.3. Did not count the beeps, it just continued as far as i noticed I dont have a post card unfortunatly

I tried to boot it now, but i dont get any other than beeping. With a non mmx pentium i get long beeps and with an mmx i get short beeps. I have tried several graphics cards and ram. Would be nice to have a manual so i dont need to worry so much about frying cpus.😅

Hi, I have recently acquired several socket 7 motherboards. Most are later later s7 1997- But I think this is a bit earlier. All the version info I could find is the P54TA text on the bottom of the mb. Anyone know who made this board? Kind regards

About the RAM I'm thinking I will just buy 2x 4MB AMIGA SIMMs and see if they work. The BIOS allows for setting your own HD geometry. Yeah I'm leaning towards an HD/CF combo. I guess I could get a few of those adapters. @dr.ido actually i think each chip are 4x256kb. each simm is 1MB.

My card have some extra cords on it for some reason compared to the one on ebay. Which ones? I only see the FD/HD and LED connectors.
