I shouldn't reply but let Feipoa clarify because iu didn't actually do this mod myself. So today i was able to run 3x60 with cache timings 2-1-2, DRAM SPEED = FASTEST with 16Mb module. +0.1 fps in Quake 1 (20.5), so it is possible. But system is not fully stable. @Feipoa Yes, that was a bit of sarcasm. Pretty sure VLSI-200 floppy issue has nothing to do with CPU upgrade module damaging things. Tested it on the board that never had CPU upgrade on it.
