OSSC does refresh rate in = refresh rate out - it's simply a line multiplier

My DHCP server doesnt issue a host name though. It just removed the line and didnt replace it with anything

IMO preemptively replacing tantalums (especially on a sound card) is simply a waste of time Even on the IBM motherboards notorious for blowing them it only happens on the +-12V rails
