the options got changed. create a new configuration file. (fixed 3000) the messages will be restored oneday The Prop_not_exist is a funny one. I thought I had hidden that message

yeah it is alright. as it is somewhat a sensible value, but it isn't our default value, nor does the code leading towards this result would win a price in good code award ceremony. (hence whoops)

auto results in the same result as 0x0 because atoi can't parse it. Actually anything which isn't original or numberXnumber gets treated as 0x0 (whoops)

the portable aps is a better forum as they modified dosbox so that the default way of handling of exes of dosbox has changed.

well that is a common bug with this frontend it seems. In another thread this was reported as well. (alexander: the one i linked when I asked you about attaching a generated configfile)

the only difference i see between 0x0 and original is the sdl.desktop.full.fixed being set to true. so they aren't identical. I seem to recall that original would be the game it's own resolution.

If you want to help out: take a game (alien carnage a good one) Tell us what is exactly wrong in your opinion. If possible make screenshots/paint drawings of what dosbox is doing and what it should be doing according to you. (and include the settings used)
