My guess: it looks like it has KM424C257Z-6 memory ICs. Just look up the datasheet for the IC and multiply it with the number of the ICs the card has. But since you have 16 of them, it's probably either 2 or 4MB.

Mind if I ask what's your reason for the OC? 1400MHz Tualatins already exist and barely cost more than the one in your link. If you want to get close to 1.4GHz, this is is the easiest way. And if you want higher FSB, I guess you can lower the CPU multiplier to maintain 1.4GHz.
