Yup it's indeed one of the early Xe3s with the Savage/IX (some allegedly had Intel GMA chips in 'em but so far I never seen one of these 😐), I'll send the log tommorrow (as my computers aren't stored at my house but rather at a friend's place)

Yeah will do, once I get the OS installed, the machine I got is a HP Omnibook XE3, and of course, it came with a botched install of Windows XP that I promptly wiped to replace it with Win98. Stay tuned...

There was indeed some Nx586es that had a FPU integrated, IIRC they had a "F" in the model name, for example a Nx586-PF90 would be the same as your P90 but with a FPU. NexGen did indeed make a separate FPU (the Nx587) but no known motherboards supports it, so if you want a Nx586 w/ FPU, you don't …

IIRC Dell used a non-standard ATX connector pinout, so if you plugged à regular ATX PSU onto a Dell mobo, you could very well burn the PSU or the mobo! (however I ain't sure if they still use that non-standard pinout these days...) Edit: http://www.informit.com/articles/article.aspx?p=339053

Yes that's the one, more specifically, it's a Shuttle HOT-555A Rev. 3.2, the one I have seems to have a few issues at the moment (such as random hardlocks and corruptions when using a PMMX... Oh well)

There was indeed some ethernet to SCSI converters (such as the Asente EN/SC)... But here is the catch: they are EXTREMLY rare (therefore go for quite a premium) and were more made for Macintoshes, if by luck you find one, I doubt it would work on an Amiga.

And even that you have to burn your CDs at the lowest speed possible (ideally 1x for the very early ones), but again it might cause problems with certain drives.
