Keep in mind, the G41 chipset also came in DDR2 flavors and it's a budget part (compared to P45/Q45), and it has 8GB limit by design. So it's likely a chipset limitation, rather than a BIOS one.

Forgot to mention, when adding new boards which were never in TH99, it's a big pain, because the schemas have a normal orientation (which means we had to twist every label so far).

I agree with the above, it makes more sense to see the schema in the normal rotation (with the keyboard connector in the top left corner) This is not about copying TH99 anymore, we want this to become better than that.
