Something similar happened to me on a VIA board, I had to install the 4in1 drivers to get the AGP card to work correctly in 98SE. You might want to take a look at this: https://www.philscomputerlab.com/intel-chipset-drivers.html Version 4.10.1012 might be the one you need.

The reset signal seems to be fine, the led on the post card lights up for a second then turns off when board gets power. As for the clocks, I'm not sure what to measure exactly. I tried measuring CLK on the CPU socket, but I only got a steady 5V (i get the same result on a working 286 board).

V1.7 in the top left corner, a typical sign of a PCChips board. This one in particular is a M912 V1.7 http://www.win3x.org/uh19/motherboard/show/573 We only have AMI BIOSes documented for it, if you could provide a BIOS dump of your board, that would be appreciated.

This being a 486 platform, I'm not sure Uniflash has full support for it (if at all). Furthermore, those BIOS ICs look like UV EPROMS, which need to be erased with a UV lamp, then programmed with a programmer like TL866. Even if the chip was not UV, I don't think the SBC is able to flash the BIOS …

If you can get the board to boot, try GETROM http://cd.textfiles.com/microhaus/mhblackbox3 … MORY/GETROM.ZIP Another good alternative is to use an EPROM reader (like the TL866), that works just as well.

Try to reverse engineer the area around the transistor, it should be a general purpose 2N3906 or 2N 3904 (PNP or NPN). Depending on how the transistor is connected to the power rails/if the base is pull up or down, you should be able to identify the type needed.
