I second that. It's also possible to use Windows for Workgroups 3.11 and the TCP/IP-32 addon for such a purpose, by the way. WFWG 3.11 can also be used without the GUI, so that only its network portion is functional. I think this can be done by starting WIN.COM with a special parameter.. Here's …
