yes there is SETRES - 800x600 x 65k colors - is max I can achieve on this lcd monitor with no problems - there is also 1024x768 x 256col available on the options but LCD has sync issues when changing to it - there is also 1248x1024 x 16col available on the options but LCD has sync issues when …

this is standard case which was offered by polish computer producer - JTT - brand ADAX in early 90's. 1993-94-95 I think it is midi-tower. They had full line of this cases, but no idea if they designed it on their own or they just imported them from china or somewhere.

i have cl-gd5428-80qc-a found drivers on vogons installed the max I can achieve is 1024x768 x 256col or 12??x??? (dont remember) x 16col why? this vga card is not able to achieve more? and, what monitor I should use - the one (LCD) I have is not able to display 1024x768 because of Hz / sync issue (

as I rememger 1997/98 was late w95, early w98, but still people were dos games oriented. So they had s3 virge and they equipped their machines with 3dfx voodoo 1. That was the config most popular and most effective these days.

ha, I was interested because of this gold-plated soundcard, but was not aware what model it is or what value it has (in terms of rare not the $ ). I lost the auction / it was not worth to bid so high, but good to know what card it was. I was thinking it was china low quality product...

hi, thanks for comments... i was talking about both fans, psu and cpu... just everything starts and there are no POST beep error codes... computer just do not start video display and there is no this expected short beep, so i need on./off/on/off/on/off/ on and finally i hear beep and display shows …

i need 2-3-4 times on/off my 486 to get finally beep and display, what may be the cause ? - performance of power supply? - capacitors? until I get finally beep and display, computer is starting, I hear fan, hdd starting operations or something, but no display and no beep, so need to switch off and …
