but in Display Properties it was being detected as Radeon 8500 series, whereas GPU-Z reports it as 7500. that's really curious, I'm 99% certain though that this is definitely a 7500 card as GPU-Z tells you, the 8500 looks distinctively different, either with BGA memory or a different layout. you …

ooooh S1R, some serious gear there very nice ^^ doesn't moving the camera for focusing also change the framing a tiny little bit when stacking? or is that negligible? would it be possible to do accurate focus stacking with some remote control software setting the focus in increments?

well anything short of an original boxed (preferably new and/or sealed) mint card isn't even worth that much as to get looked at by any "expert" probably ^^

well idk what "collection value" means for you then ^^ if we go by purely monetary value a 12MB Voodoo2 is obviously worth more, unless one of the 8MB variants comes with box or is a special variant or something.

that card always has been a 7500 AIW, the serial number sticker is simply on the wrong card, seems like a weird card to falsify, but noone would go as far and solder on a different chip ^^

haha yeah I saw one of those recently, 4 pictures, all of them horribly out of focus, like not just slightly blurry, you literally couldn't make out anything... and two of the pictures were overexposed too, one picture was literally just a bright blurry mess... why even upload that ^^ another funny …

yeah, though most of those cases I'd describe as "look like an ATX case but fit AT boards" ^^ by the time ATX came around turbo buttons and Mhz displays were already out of fashion.
