Actually, what I'm also thinking is, maybe we should have a list of video cards that have working VFC capabilities, so we can weed out those that don't, if we still use them for things like MPEG and DVD decoder cards.

Ok, It doesn't seem to be ONLY bootlogged. It takes a few startups to make it work. I don't know if that means a capacitor is not working properly. (i.e. the capacitor has to warm up in order to work properly)
