I also have to note that the monitor gets power from the PSU and not directly from the wall socket. It only has the standard PSU monitor AC connector.

Thank you for all your help but I don't think I will be able to find the correct setup without knowing the current configuration of the card. I believe that the DIP switch combination sets the IRQ/DMA/IO and without a manual I'm just shooting blind. I tried 59 combinations so far and none worked.

To be honest I don't really know how to set the correct parameters on the card without a manual. There is a DIP switch too and I have no idea what it does.

NE2000 compatible didn't work but I'll try NE1000.

Too bad it only shows notebook related drivers for Windows and not this card. I tried googling every possible label on the card but no result aside from a russian site claiming this card is from a computer named ACER MPF-PC/710 (PC/710 IIM).
